Job Descriptions


*To work with Elderly Clients.

*Provide casework intervention and counselling services, facilitate groups, conduct and implement structured programmes for the clients and their families.

*Conducts comprehensive client assessments to collect functional, environmental, psycho-social, financial, employment, housing, education and health information as appropriate to develop a creative and cost effective case plan.

*Serve as the primary point of direct administrative contact, referral service and liaison with external stakeholders.

*Plan and conduct programmes and services that are relevant for this target group.

*Provide training for volunteers.


-Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduatein Social Work from universities recognised by the Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board (SWAAB) of Singapore.

​-Min 3 years of related experience in social services sector
