We cover sales area of Australia, Asia, Russia and Middle East. You, as the Software Sales Manager, are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying to developing and closing deals. Sphera Solution Software is used across the board in industry and includes Risk assessment, Emission monitoring, Chemical Management, Hazardous Goods Management, Incident Management, Management of Change and Maintenance/Repair/Operations software.
Do you have?
- Candidate must possess at least diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diplomain any field.
- At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Preferable background in: Health, safety, Environmental, IT, Software, Sales, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Medical, Factory.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Engaging and searching for new clients and achieve sales revenue/targets.
• Prepare and execute marketing activities based on company business plan for software products.
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up with clients.
• Manage and maintain existing customer data base.
• Manage relationship with Sphera head office.
• Attend to customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Vanguard Risk and Safety Asia and Sphera products/services to customers and in exhibitions, seminar, conference and/or other events.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending training/educational workshops/webinars from Sphera head office.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Minimum Diploma Holder. Preferably Engineering Oil and Gas, chemicals, manufacturing and related work.
• Min 4-5 years of sales experience.
• Good and aggressive personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimum supervision as you will be in charge of Sphera Software.
• Understand startup environment and what it entails.
• Possess the right attitude to succeed in end results delivery.
• Proven track record in sales performance.
• Immediate - 6 months *conversion to permanent depending on performance
• Remuneration package: Basic + Commission
