Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team on Wintel related hardware and software solutions from capacity planning to configuration
Good understanding of solutions selling to large enterprise customers
Analyse customers' business environment and develop best solution based on requirements and IT budget
Assist with the preparation of the technical solution in response to Request for Proposal (RFP)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales environment
Good technical knowledge in server virtualization, backup, Active Directory and network design
Good server and storage hardware knowledge in IBM and HP products
Knowledge of UNIX servers such as IBM AIX and running eConfig is a plus
Possess relevant product certifications would be an added advantage
