Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full suite of recruitment activities from sourcing, coordinating, interviewing, assessment of candidates to job offering and onboarding for all positions from blue-collared to professional levels
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in partnering the hiring managers in the understanding and planning of manpower needs
  • Support and involve in any off-site recruitment activities; branding activities; collaboration with government bodies and tertiary institutions to build candidate pipeline
  • Pro-actively looking for alternative sourcing methods; updated on labor market environment; conduct talent mapping
  • Maintain updated employee database, files for all new employees and provide auxiliary services such as transport arrangement, work pass administration, etc
  • Maintain regular metrics for tracking of the recruitment activities and related programs such as employee referral plan, etc
  • Coach hiring managers in hiring policy, best practices and programs; provide guidance on appropriate interview techniques and questions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
  • 4 years of related experience in HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and HR systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Taleo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including negotiating, consultative and relationship management skills
  • Good knowledge on local employment law and regulation
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision but a good team player
  • Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized and meticulous; able to follow through on tasks from start to finish
  • Ability to assess gaps, analyze situations and determine next course of action
