You will be part of the dynamic legal team at the leading media group in Singapore. Apart from working closely with the newspapers and business units within the group, your key responsibilities would be to advise on libel, intellectual property rights, and commercial legal issues, including negotiating, drafting and vetting various contracts. Together with the team, you are required to handle corporate secretarial responsibilities for the various companies in the group.


  • LLB with at least 3 years of post qualifying legal practice experience
  • Work experience in the following areas of law - intellectual property, preferably in the area of digital media, corporate law and/or mergers and acquisitions
  • Knowledge in stock exchange listing requirements and/or experience in corporate secretarial work
