· The role plays a critical role in the analysis and reporting publication sales, readership, and industry trends to Senior Management 

· Reporting to the Head of Business Support, the candidate will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and be part of a dynamic team 




1. Operational Reports Management  

· Responsible for periodic reporting of newspaper and magazine sales to senior management 

· Conduct analyses of sales performance in relation to editorial products and market environment 


2. Budgetary Management 

· Prepare budgetary and costing analyses 

· Monitor budgetary utilization and explain cost and revenue variances 


3. Strategic Divisional KPIs 

· Formulate and analyse KPIs for the various divisional sections 


4. PoP Management 

· Oversee and manage Print Order Processing of daily orders for the various sales channels including Vendor, Retail, Bulk, Promotional, and Institutions 


5. Ad hoc Projects 

· Participate and support internal and external stakeholders in ad-hoc cross-functional project work to help drive strategic agenda 



· At least 3 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and project work 

· A good degree from a recognised university, preferably in Economics, Business or Social Sciences 

· Strong analytical skills with an ability to organise large amounts of data and interpret market trends 

· Strong written and communication skills 

· Able to demonstrate leadership skills and a strong team player 

· Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision 

· Proficient in MS applications
