Responsibilities

The Client Servicing Executive will assist in the management of online/digital campaigns and reports directly to the Client Services Manager.


The Job


·    Manage the execution of production campaigns. This includes but not limited to;
-          Managing of campaign timeline to ensure smooth execution
-          Conducting of campaign briefing to internal team members
-          Liaison between internal team (e.g. production team/sales) and external parties     (e.g. clients/agencies/3rd party freelancers)
-          Timely and accurate updating of CTF/Internal docs pertaining to production
-          Assist in QA/QC duties with regards to work produced.
-          Follow up on campaigns; either for those with stages or end off with sending of
           screenshots upon launch, or general logistics pertaining to campaigns, such as
           prize dissemination or handling of device trials.
-          Post campaign presentation (if necessary)
·    Production Quotations / Leadtime projection for pitching projects
·    Brainstorming with the team to pitch for major projects.


Requirements


·    Possess a general degree from any discipline; with preference towards Media/InfoComm/MassComm/Business/Business Admin/Marketing
·    Proficient in MS Office
·    Good command of spoken and written English
·    Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
·    Meticulous, discipline and a team player
·    Pleasant and possess a positive attitude
·   Independent and service-oriented
