Incorporated in 1984, main board-listed Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (SPH) is Asia’s leading media organisation, engaging minds and enriching lives across multiple languages and platforms, ranging from print, digital, radio and out-of-home media.

Responsibilities

As part of the vision to orchestrate and drive the digital strategy of SPH, the Partnership Development team within SPH Digital seeks out and evaluates potential collaborations with new partners to launch new products for the local and regional markets. We're looking for sharp and energetic individuals who have experience in bringing new products to market, with a keen interest in digital trends and the startup landscape.


The Job

  • Scan the landscape for potential partners, as well as trends in areas of strategic interest to the company
  • Ideate, research in-depth and evaluate go-to-market strategies with potential partners
  • Define business plans and investments required to execute the solutions in collaboration with other stakeholders
  • Prepare and present regular metric reports that assess and measure performance and value of these collaborations

Requirements

  • A good university degree in Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years relevant working experience in a consultancy, start-up, or equivalent
  • Web-savvy and keen interest in digital trends
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to define clear solutions in collaboration with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a digital product development environment
  • Experience in supply chain/logistics/payment/login roles or in management consulting or equivalent in a corporate environment
