Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operations representatives, merchandisers and cashiers in achieving day-to-day operational requirements 
  • Ensure smooth operations at the retail stores according to the Company SOPs and operational work flows 
  • Deliver positive and effective interactions with franchisees and cashiers 
  • Responsible for the stores’ daily operations  
  • Generate and analyze the stores’ performance and promotional reports  
  • Responsible for optimizing in-store merchandise visibility and executing overall marketing plans 
  • Manage performance and incentives of cashiers 
  • Manage inventory, stock levels and merchandise replenishment cycle 
  • Maintain high standards of service and merchandise display  

Requirements 

  • Possess at least a relevant Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations 
  • Process excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Resourceful and ability to work under pressure and work independently 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words and Excel)
  • Must possess a Class 3 driving licence
