  • Accountable for the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing activities relating to assigned exhibitions  
  • Manage a small team of junior staffs who function as key liaisons between all partners (exhibitors, sponsors, vendors), with focus on onboarding process and regular engagement  
  • Maintain existing marketing partnerships and cultivate new relationships with prospective partners  
  • Identify, plan and execute marketing initiatives to generate new businesses 
  • Collaborate across teams to develop performing strategies for each partnership  
  • Keep up with industry trends to better understand needs and expectations of assigned exhibition profiles  
  • Support lead generation activities, turning leads into exhibitors and visitors  
  • Drive effective 360 marketing strategies to attract the right exhibitor and visitor profiles cost-effectively  
  • Create content the target audience is looking for, with the goal of optimising path to conversion  
  • Be a key player in the conceptualisation and programming of all assigned exhibitions as well as overall performance of the business unit   


  • Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies or Events Management  
  • At least 4 years of related experience in events and exhibition promotion. Knowledge of the baby, kids and/or health sectors is an advantage.  
  • Must have a curious mind with a hunger for new skills and personal development  
  • Has strong communication skills  
  • Is an excellent writer  
  • Is a team player  
  • Demonstrates a keen analytical mind  
  • Experience in digital and social media will be an advantage
