Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of ID Administrators

  • Responsible for ID & access provisioning across various system platforms (Active Directory, Windows, Unix, Mainframe, Oracle etc)

  • Facilitate periodic review of user access to ensure access granted to users are appropriate

  • Review exception reports and investigates all exceptions to ensure satisfactory resolution of any errors or prompt escalations to management.

  • Work with other IT teams to resolve access related issues

  • Participate in new system projects, assess user access functionality to ensure that the new system access meets established guiding principles

  • Maintain proper documentation on Standard Operating Procedures, forms and guidelines

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Graduate in technology or related fields

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar managerial capacity in User Administration or Call Center Support

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Focus on customer services and security compliance

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
