These include the biggest and most successful consumer events and exhibitions in various sectors such as The Kidz Academy, SmartKids Asia, Baby Baby (Family and Kids): IT Show, Comex, CEES (IT and Electronics); Asian Masters, Gourmet Japan, Beerfest Asia (Gourmet & Lifestyle).


  • Accountable for the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing activities relating to assigned exhibition(s) 
  • Be the key liaison between all partners (including exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors), with focus on onboarding process and regular engagement 
  • Maintain existing marketing partnerships and cultivate new relationships with prospective partners 
  • Create lead-generation activities, turning leads into exhibitors and visitors 
  • Conduct market research to better understand needs and expectations of assigned exhibition(s) 
  • Deliver an effective marketing strategy to attract the right exhibitor and visitor profiles cost-effectively 
  • Write and develop engaging marketing content for the assigned exhibition(s) 
  • Create relevant content and be a key contributor to the programming of assigned exhibition(s) 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Has strong verbal communication skills 
  • Is an excellent writer 
  • Has a curious mind with a hunger for new skills and personal development 
  • Is a team player 
  • Demonstrates a keen analytical mind 
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in events and exhibition promotion. Knowledge in health-related sectors will be advantageous 
  • Experience in digital and social media will be a plus 
  • Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Studies, Events Management or equivalent
