You will play an important role in the continued growth of FastJobs in Singapore, and should have a combination of growth hacking, social media and offline marketing skills. What You Will Be Doing
Support the Business Development team in rolling out web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns to drive strong business outcomes.
Measure and report performance of both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on campaigns ran.
Organize and participate in events to drive acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork to align on what success looks like.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, such as PR and digital marketing.
What We Are Looking Out For
Track record of crafting and executing marketing strategies to deliver growth.
Demonstrated success within both a startup environment as well as within corporate environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of some website and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Firebase, AppsFlyer). Experience with design tools will be a plus (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO and some experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMRush, Majestic).
Working knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
