Sphere's initial offerings will include high quality events in the F&B, retail, beauty, finance, gaming, motoring and education sectors. Each event will be created with unique themed concepts which will ensure that entertainment, fun and enrichment is all part of the experience.
As a sponsorship Manager, you are responsible to lead the sponsorship sales, source and manage partnership/sponsors relations for the lifestyle segment to ensure that quality and value are delivered to all sponsors. Your main responsibilities involve:
* Research on show/event concepts
* Sponsorship sales and new accounts development
* Sponsors relation and retention
* Manage and set a pipeline of sales opportunities to meet revenue targets set for project
Requirements
* A good degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
* A team player with a proven track record of achieving sales target and business results
* Some levels of experience and proven success in negotiating for sponsorship and partnership deals would be an advantage
* A goal getter who thrives on developing new business opportunities
* Strong written ande communication skills
* An independent worker who works well in a cross-functional team environment
* Confident, resourceful and works well under pressure
