Job Requirements


•Supporting Calibre Resolution Enhancement Technology (RET) tools to support our rapid growth in pre-sales and post-sales environment. 

•Illustrating the value Mentor Graphics brings to customers by: 

-Assisting customers in their evaluations of Mentor Graphics' Calibre Resolution Enhancement Technology (RET) tools; 

-Developing and delivering software demonstrations and technical presentations;

-Performing benchmarks for customers; 

-Assisting customers to deploy Calibre OPC at both mature & leading edge manufacturing facilities; 

-Helping Account Managers identify and qualify the match-upbetween customer needs and Mentor Graphics' industry leadingCalibre product family;

-Managing and coordinating the technical relationships betweencustomers and the Mentor Graphics' Account team and productmarketing. 

•Working with foundries in the region including world leading edge foundry, Globalfoundries, on both mature and advanced technology.

•Occasional travel is required.


This travel is normally limited to PacRim


South region but may, occasionally, include international destinations. 


Job Qualifications


•Min. Engineering Degree with preference major on optoelectronics.

•Min 2-4 years working experience in the related field. Those with direct working experience will have an advantage.

•Experience in advance Photolithography technologies from R&D (OPC) to manufacturing.  

•Familiar with semiconductor process interactions which affect yield. 

• Strong technical interest and possess good aptitude for analytical problem-solving. 

•  Candidates should have a working familiarity of Unix and Linux OS, and previous experience with scripting or C programming, while not necessary, is desirable.

•Experience with OPC modeling, OPC set-up, lithographic processing, and OPC software development is desirable. 

•With experience of foundry operations and support is a plus. 

•Familiarity with the Calibre Platform for Physical Verification is a plus. 

•Good relationship building skills and spoken/presentation skills.
