To contribute to the efficient running and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operations.
- Maintain and keeping the kitchen area clean at all times.
- Assist the service area especially during peak hour.
- Assist in Operations during functions in clearing and dish washing.
- Responsible for maintaining the equipment and utensils to ensure they are clean and in good condition.
- Secondary education
- One year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in Hotel or related industry will be an advantage
- Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
