Job Descriptions

Supply Chain Executive (SAP) / Town

Responsible to assist the Regional Supply Chain Managers surrounding the aspects of warehouse & inventory management, freight forwarders, carriers, transporter management, freight forwarder’s tendering, vendor evaluation, coordinate toll manufacturing, import and re-export shipment, perform SAP inventory posting, customer complaint and reporting. The Regional Supply Chain Manager will determine policies, provide supervision and guidance as needed, although the jobholder will be expected to function autonomously and take initiative. 

Warehouse & Logistics Operations

a) Coordinate warehouse operations with 3rd party warehouse operator
b) Manage warehouse inventory, quarantined inventory, inventory reconciliation and highlight inventory discrepancy, if any
c) Verify Supplier invoices and send for approval
d) Update logistics SOP
e) Resolve warehouse and logistics issue
f) Compile freight tenders for yearly evaluation 
g) Compile vendor evaluation quarterly & yearly
h) Monitor import or re-export stock replenishment in Singapore
i) Key contact with freight forwarder, warehouse, transporter
j) Involve in annual physical stock take

Toll Manufacturing

a) Issue Purchase Order for production, coordinate inventory transfer to warehouse, production sample taking and results recording with Crown Pacific

SAP Processing
a) Perform goods receipt, stock transfer, location transfer, inventory posting
b) SAP Super User for SD, MM modules 



Customer Complaint Management
a) Check complaints log daily, review complaint with Customer Service Officer on complaint nature, reason, date/time/place of incident and ensure submission of port or warehouse damaged report and photos as supporting evidence before routing complaint to HQ
b) Route complaint to Site Coordinator & Investigator within same or next day of complaint
c) Ensure customer complaint form and necessary supporting documents are filed for audit purpose and complaint is closed within the stipulated timeframe

a) Customer complaint report 
b) Delivery performance report or shipment anomaly indicator
c) Inventory report
d) Shipment and costing report


- Minimum Diploma
- with 3-5 year experience in logistics or customer service department 
- Working knowledge of shipping terms and regulations
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word.

- Knowledge of SAP an advantage
