Our client is one of the largest engineering company. They are the world’s leading MRO provider with a global customer base that includes leading airfreight, airlines and military operator. They are also integrated service provider that offers a spectrum of maintenance and engineering services to give the best “Total Aviation Support” to clients from commercial and defense organizations.



  • Responsible for the full supply chain processes
  • Lead the Materials Department in Planning, Procurement, Stock Taking, Kitting, Distribution, Shipment and Inventory Control
  • Review the processes and procedures continuously to streamline and improve productivity within material department
  • Ensure the operations are in line with operational objectives and comply with aviation regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with the production team to achieve the department’s goals
  • Work with cross business units for strategic purchasing programs, standardization of procedures and governance of Company’s policy
  • Responsible for all sub-contract assignments and ensure all requirements and certifications are properly documented
  • Liaise with the various suppliers on the contract terms and requirements
  • Responsible for all kitting processes and control the kit configuration changes within the programme
  • Maintain an optimal inventory level through accurate forecasting and strategic planning
  • Proper storage and preservation of all inventories, especially those that are subjected to deterioration and with shelf life specifications
  • Responsible for the scrap processes and ensure proper accounting of the inventories
  • Ensure traceability of all materials
  • Involve in risk analysis, kaizen initiatives and improvement programmes to enhance the warehouse and kitting centre operation
  • Comply with all Workplace Safety and Environment, Health & Safety regulations


  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace / aviation industry
  • Must possess the knowledge of warehouse and kitting
  • Knowledge with MRP / Inventory Control Systems and logistics management
  • Good knowledge of airworthiness requirements
  • Familiar with shipping / freight forwarding documentation and procedures
  • Only Singaporeans / PRs need apply
