Requirements
-Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Experience in surveillance industry is preferred
-Through knowledge of CCTV and IT product, software and applications. Develop knowledge and skill of security product, software application through on job training.
-Ability to set and prioritize goals and objectives
-Fast learner,high initiative, resourceful and able to work independent
-Good interpersonal skills with ability to enhance customer relations.
-Strong technical ability to support customer
-Some on site travelling and oversea travelling needed by reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Manage the technical support function for assigned locations including contributions toward profitability,growth and plan achievement in the company.
Essential Duties:
-Provide technical support in both hardware and software
-Study system & product technical details in order to provide technical advice or support to the company customersand sales team.
-Assist to evaluate technical specification of related products to improve the system performance
-Support and built good relationship with customers.
-Perform assembling and testing electronics secruity product sold by sales department
-Perform security system and product trouble shooting and repair in office or customer sites
-Responsible for the effective management of demo product and filing of Technical information.
-Monitors customer satisfaction to assure achievement of Outstanding Customer Value.
-Develops and maintains technical competence od company products, applications and services.
-Assist to create technical information like datasheet, manual and training material
-Assist overall company operation for self-development to managerial position
