HOW’S THE JOB?
Reporting to the Store Business Navigator, you oversee the operations, energy consumption and maintenance of the store premises and facility to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for our co-workers and customers.
Sharing the responsibility for the deliverable of business KPIs, you assist in setting business targets and action plans in ensuring smooth delivery of facility maintenance service in compliance to IKEA's standards and regulatory compliance. You regularly follow up on costs related to the area of maintenance and try to find ways to control and minimize these costs.
Taking lead in fire prevention, safety and security, you work closely with the relevant stakeholders, partners and government agencies on store licensing, sustainability such as waste removal, recycling process management.
Overseeing the maintenance team, you ensure support of the M&E system operation, such as power system, lighting, air-condition, as well as timely execution of maintenance repairs to building facility. You secure the team's competence development, making sure that they are well-trained and certified to conduct the given job scope according to the local legislation.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have 3 years supervisory experience in facilities management/building operations maintenance. You are well-versed in local regulations and best practices of building management; experience stakeholders. Good analytical and MS Office skills are required for reporting of business KPIs to Management.
You lead by example, and are able to adapt to the challenges of working in a fast-paced business environment.
