You have strong sense of ownership with regards to your role and responsiblities, able to carry out your tasks with minimal supervision. You also enjoy interactions with customers, able to communicate effectively in basic English and have good interpersonal skills.
HOW'S THE JOB?
Reporting to the SFM/Bistro Management, you support the daily operations by ensuring good customer service in your respective area.
You abide to existing operating procedures, ensure high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) and accurate cash registry of sales transactions at all times. Any discrepancy, customers’ feedbacks are to be made aware to the SFM/Bistro Supervisor.
In food preparation, you ensure conformance to Food Safety and Hygiene practices, actively practise First-In-First-Out (FIFO) in all products to ensure proper rotation of freshness and quality. High level of personal grooming and hygiene are to be maintained at all times.
