Responsibilities
- Handle phone and email enquiries and provide education on Stamp Duties matters
- Provide assistance to taxpayers on clarification of tax practices, application of tax laws.
- Assisting taxpayers in Stamp Duty refunds - due to aborted sales or leases, overpayment of duty etc.
Requirements
- Open to both Diploma and Degree holder in any field.
- Have positive attitude
- Strong written and communication skills
- Meticulous
- A good team player
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
