- May be required to process Access Code and IRAS PIN applications or conduct interviews.
- This is with the objective of providing excellent customer service while increasing the adoption rate for e-services and self-help services.
- Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree holder
- Intermediate proficiency in using common computer software such as Winword and Excel
- Service-oriented and is able to provide taxpayer satisfaction when answering enquires
- Organised and systematic in handling information/data
- Preferably able to speak more than one language and dialect
