We are expanding and we are inviting highly passionate and enterprising individuals to join Mind Stretcher, Singapore's Premier Chain of Enrichment Centres, as Teacher Quality Assurance Associates.
Job Responsibilities:
  • To recruit and induct new teachers
  • To manage teachers’ permanent and relief schedules
  • To monitor and manage teachers’ performance
  • To provide professional and administrative support for teachers.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and interact with teachers of all levels of experience with maturity and a positive mindset
  • An effective team player and a dynamic professional
  • An organised individual who is meticulous with processes and data analysis to meet simultaneous deadlines
  • Interested applicants should ideally be NIE-trained
