Day-to-day management and maintenance of the client’s premise
Performing hands-on troubleshooting and repairing of reported breakdowns
Systematic servicing of equipments and systems
Conduct checks on maintenance works, fixing up installations and carry out minor A&A works/projects
Tenancy and arrears management
Establish good rapport and maintain close partnerships with key personnel and relevant authorities so as to solicit feedback
