Responsibilities:
- Provide and manage technical services to customers.
- Perform as the primary technical support resource to customers, visiting as needed.
- Identify quality issues, liaise with customers on quality issues, and provide solutions to customers.
- Confirm and validate test results and prepare technical reports to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, or Applied Science (Chemistry) with specialization in Polymer studies.
- Relevant working experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of polymer especially polyolefin resin, as well as technical service and laboratory experience in this area are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint..
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, self-motivated and team contributor.
- Must be willing and able to travel overseas.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
