Formulate strategies for the overall development and maintenance of ICT infrastructure systems, including the disaster recovery solution that supports the Business Continuity Plan
Formulate strategies on ICT Service Management to ensure the ICT services meet the agencies' business service level requirements, and minimum disruption to the agencies
Lead the design and architecting of ICT Infrastructure that meets business and application requirements and provide direction for the implementation and maintenance of the ICT Infrastructure service
Lead and manage teams and service providers in the provision of ICT service delivery and service support to meet the intended availability, continuity and capacity requirements and to ensure minimum disruption to the business
Support agency to formulate, implement and ensure compliance with ICT Infrastructure policies, standards and procedures as well as in the implementation of ICT Portfolio Management to align ICT technical services investment and resource allocation with the organisation goals and government needs
Develop and enhance customer relationships with Senior Management
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related areas
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in ICT project and service management with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leading role
Proven track record in running a large-scale ICT shop
Strong knowledge of public sector policies, function and operations
Ability to think strategically, work independently and possess strong communication skills
Results-oriented and able to deliver in a very fast-paced environment
Excellent communications skills
