  • East Location 
  • $10/hour + OT + allowances 
  • Call Centre Environment 
  • Work with friends
  • 6 months Assignment 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical solution via phone and assist the customer 
  • Assist customer on their enquiries
  • Provide good customer service and share company products knowlege to customers
  • Update every technical problems into log book
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec in relevant filed ( IT/Engineering )
  • Candidate wit strong  IT experience/knowledge 
  • Able to commit 6 mth or longer
  • Comfortable to work rotational shift rostered duty
  • Positive attitude towards customers
