Job Descriptions


  • Work with senior management team to develop and periodically review and refresh the IT strategy
  • Lead and manage a wide range of IT-based projects and programs that require collaboration with other company departments, and include process improvement and automation, software development and infrastructure support
  • Manage all online platforms including company websites, e-commerce, mobile websites and mobile apps to enable maintenance, improvements, upgrades and refreshes
  • Select and manage outside vendors and developers to meet budget and project deliverables
  • Structure, lead, train, develop and manage IT staff for maximum effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain metrics to determine department productivity, quality of output and cost of service, and develop methods to continually improve results
  • Create, maintain and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of networking and hardware experience with a minimum of 5 years (8+ years preferred) in a management role
  • 5+ years of experience in the management of software development and/or technology projects, building internet applications, with a solid background in web architecture
  • Highly proficient in ASP.NET, C#, SQL, PHP, design patterns
  • Extensive HTML background, enterprise level CMS and e-commerce packages
  • Experience with current emerging technological trends (html5, css3, Javascript, mobile, etc.)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies and plans
  • Willing to analyze detailed processes and data, to isolate and solve problems, and make improvements
  • Proven project management skills, including analysis, scoping, system requirements, testing, and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • A strong desire for learning and continued professional growth
  • Strong ability to write and communicate effectively
