Job Descriptions

  • Assist in daily administrative matters
  • Handle data entry and prepare reports
  • Collect and compile timesheets from temp staff
  • Assist in tracking timesheets and ensure all timesheets are received on time
  • Sending out reminders and calling temp staff to remind them to submit timesheets promptly
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation such as bank details, ID copies etc
  • Attend to queries from clients and address queries within stipulated turnaround time



  • GCE A Levels, Diploma holder
  • Customer focused with good telephone etiquette
  • Good work ethics and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn         
  • Willing to commit longer hours during month end
  • Able to commit for 3-6 months

Other details:

  • Work hours: 8.30am to 6.00p.m. (Monday to Friday) with 1-hr break
  • Salary: $7.50 per hour
  • OT is payable at 1.5X should total hours exceed 44 hours per week
