Hours: Mon to Fri, Office hours (No shift, no OT, no weekends)

Job scope:


* Support the customer service team in administrative duties

* Monthly reports compilation for stakeholders 

* Liaise with internal customer service officers on information 

***Need to talk to customers but you need to have a cheerful/bubbly character***
