Job Descriptions

  • Assist to answer telephone calls, screen and direct calls, taking and relaying messages when appropriate
  • Providing accurate and prompt information to callers, clients and walk-in customers
  • Assist to receive and sort mails and deliveries
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings, coordinate meetings and organize catering when necessary
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, control inventory relevant to reception area and maintain tidiness at the reception area


  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • At least 2 years of receptionist experience
  • Indepdendent and responsible team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good listening skills
  • Customer-focused with good telephone etiquette
