Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory of corporate premiums
Daily monitoring of news and industry development
Compile and prepare media analysis/coverage report for Management’s review
Actively maintain currency and relevance of corporate information, both online and offline.
Assist to update and coordinate entries for various trade directory listings
Assist in event execution, including media conferences/briefings, visits/tours and exhibitions
Buddy system with CC Dept’s PA, covering duties and offering support where necessary (Includes clearing daily mail and finance/admin matters)
Job Requirements
Minimum “A” level / Diploma holders and at least 1 - 2 year (s) of past relevant experiences
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Computer literate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and organized
Only Singaporeans and SPR
Salary Range:
$7-$7.50 per hours (Depending on highest qualification and experiences)
Working Location:
Airport Road (East)
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday (0800 am to 0530pm)
Duration:
Mid September 2012 till Mid February 2013
