The Job

  • Attend to phone enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues 
  • Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions 
  • Handle email correspondences 
  • Assist in digital apps and technical enquiries  
  • Manage service requests, enquiries and cases via CRM system  


  • GCE O level
  • Customer service experience preferably in a call centre
  • Good spoken and writing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Must be internet savvy
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on week days during subscription drive.
  • Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)

Working place: SPH Media Centre, 82 Genting Lane (free transport to and frofrom Toa Payoh and Aljunied MRT stations to office)
