Job Description

As a Project Assistant, you will be assisting the Sales / Marketing / Admin Managers for content development, data research for new businesses and assisting the admin & operational aspects of running the Shows.


·Run the event on-site and ensure that quality and value is delivered to all exhibitors

· Liaise with designers and printers and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters.

·Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials

·Monitor competitor activity

·Support the Admin & Project team


·No experience is needed as on job training will be given

·Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business/ Communications/ Hospitality/ Events- related courses

·Strong in communication and writing skills

·Exuberate confidence whilst conversing with senior executives on the phone

Rate of pay: $7 per hour
