Perform Testing/ Calibration, Quality Assurance and necessary administration work
Update, manage customers' accounts including handling of enquiries, liaising and providing optimal solutions to meet customers' requirements in testing and calibration work
Conduct routine maintenance of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
Oversee and ensure that the maintenance program is carried out diligently as assigned & proper delivery of service to customers
Assist Section Head in resolving non-standard requests and necessary task
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years' experience in field of mechanical/ thermal equipment or relevant
Good command of written and spoken English
Posses Class 3 license
Able to work in a fast paced environment
