We believe in providing our patrons with great movie experience through excellent service, good food and great movie presentation. And you play an important role in delivering that experience.
You will manage and oversee daily operations of the Platinum Movie Suites, including food handling, serving as well as suggestive selling, supervising and training of ground staff. You will be responsible for the security of cash, supplies, company properties and equipment. You will ensure service and product quality through updating and enforcing of standard operating procedures. You will also be in charge and responsible for concession sales through the execution of marketing and promotion activities as well as events management. In addition, you will manage and attend to priority card members.
You must possess a minimum tertiary education with at least 5 years of operational and F&B experience as well as experience in handling VIPs. You must possess excellent customer service and great interpersonal skills. You are articulate and people oriented. You must be able to work independently as well as in a cross cultural team. You are able to perform under stress and enjoy working on shift duties including weekends and public holidays.
