Job Descriptions

  • To conduct in-house training that focus on Customer Service training and delivery
  • Design and deliver training solutions to support business needs
  • Responsible to construct a corporate training program and good training implementation plan
  • To ensure the quality of the curriculum design and program roll out
  • To keep up to date with changing practice, to manage on-going continuing professional development
  • Provide feedback on implementation & training issues by making suggestions for continuous improvement
  • Assess training effectiveness and take follow-up actions where necessary
  • Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Possess Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of English
  • Possess a pleasant disposition with good interpersonal
  • High accountability and initiative with a dedicated approach to deliverables
  • Candidate should be a highly driven individual with strong motivational skills to influence team members to achieve desire goals
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent presentation, communications and written skills
  • 5 days work week.
