About Our Client

Our client is an internationally known brand in its industry, and with expansion has now an exciting opportunity for a travel/admin officer to join its vibrant team.

Job Description

Reporting into the Assistant Manager Human Resource and Admin, you will provide administrative and strategic support including:

  • Creating HR files and following up with set up and documentation for new employees
  • Intensive travel arrangements for over 300 pilots, engineers and management staff, coordinating through group travel including visas, permits, accommodation, transport and other travel related documents
  • Reconcile travel invoices and input and forward to accounts department for each company
  • Maintain monthly travel reporting across the Group
  • Manage corporate information ensuring records are updated and information is captured in systems
  • Implementation of organizational policies to improve the overall effectiveness of the company
  • Reception duties
  • Ordering of office stationery, equipment and pantry supplies
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should ideally possess:

  • At least 5 years of relevant office support and administrative experience, with experience coordinating travels with heavy volume
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to be firm yet also persuading
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Meticulous and keen eye for detail
  • Keen sense of learning and positive attitude
  • Strong computer literacy including the ability to work with spread sheets and relevant word processing programmes at a highly proficient level (Visio, MS Office, MS Publisher etc.)
