Job Descriptions


  • Support in new and ongoing IT system and network implementation
  • Planning of IT operation (including backup & recovery) procedure and disaster recovery procedure
  • Perform System Installation and migration on Unix Operation System
  • Liaise with external technology partners on technical solutions
  • Working with Datacentre operator to ensure servers and network are up or available at all times


  • Minimum Diploma / Degree Qualification in IT discipline
  • 2-3 Years Experience in System Support or related field
  • Familiar with Unix Operation System
  • Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) as well as strong troubleshooting, project, vendor and contract management skills
