Attend to customers’ enquiries through telephone and e-mail
Support all telemarketing activities
Work with relevant personnel and internal departments on service recovery, and maintain a high quality of customer service
Data-entry and record maintenance
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least "N"/ "O"/ "A" Level or Diploma
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Computer proficiency, minimum 6 months of experience in call centre environment will be an added advantage
Incumbent should be comfortable with shift work and working on weekends/ public holdays
Able to start immediately/ short notice
