Established and leading financial MNC is seeking for 3 Customer Service Officers to join the organization.

- To monitor campaign performance to ensure that campaigns are fully resource and workstation are occupied
- Delivery of sales targets and campaign KPIs.
- To meet with the required sales targets, service level components and standards.
- To ensure delivery of a consistently result and highly knowledgeable and customer-focused service
- Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
- Certified with BCP, PGI & HI
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience is an advantage
- Experience in customer service or contact hub environment is preferred
- Demonstrate sales ability and knowledge of sales process and techniques
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience and knowledge in general insurance will be an advantage
- Experience in banking telesales will be an advantage
