Job Descriptions

  • Photocopying, binding, laminating and other similar office duties, when required.
  • Perform housekeeping of office, including management of meeting rooms
  • Handle duties relating to incoming and outgoing mails, including handling of bulk mails
  • Replenish and ensure adequate supply of paper (including company letterhead, policy schedules etc) for photocopiers / fax machines and other office equipment
  • Deliver stationery and toners to respective departments as requested
