The VP will be responsible for leading the company commercial strategy for Singapore market, he or she will driving the sales growth of our client construction solutions in a company that is caters their clients needs within Property Development, Engineering and Construction environment.

Description

The Vice President for Sales will be responsible:

  • Leading the Singapore strategy plan together with the CEO of the business
  • Spearheading all the commercial activities leading a team of 30 people
  • Drive change management strategy within the business/team
  • Establish C-Level relationships with existent clients and new clients
  • Work closely with Operation Team on project execution

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Strong education background in Civil Engineering (Preferably with a Master Degree)
  • Experience in Project Management in large scale Construction Projects in Singapore
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience managing large teams in fast pace environments
  • Passion to develop talent
