Responsibilities:
Creating appointment on behalf of customer (In warranty)
Handle complaints from customers
Providing advise for customers
Escalatte Technical issues to Technical Advisors
Requirements:
Able to work in the weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
Able to communicate in fluent English
