  • To head and drive the Sales of Safety Division aims at positioning the company to be market leader in both region; Singapore and Malaysia.
  • To formulate and establish a sales strategic plan in positioning compny as a Key Solution Provider of Choice within the various industries which require safety solutions.
  • To develop, build, enlarge and manage customer-base by market segment.
  • To drive and meet sales business goal and projection as per KPIs.
  • To enlarge the sales distribution networks by implementing collaborative partnership program with resellers and business partners.
  • To continuously identify manufacturers of marketable safety products in-order to expand the range of safety products; to collaborate with manufacturers of exclusive distributorship.
  • To constantly acquire product knowledge / capabilities and fostering strong rapport with respective principals of safety products.
  • To establish a training road-map in building a strong sales team directed at market focus.
  • To take full ownership in effectively managing the sales which is critical to meeting the business goals and objectives.
  • To take project lead in winning tenders of offering safety integrated solutions particularly in products relate to workplace safety and health.
  • To Manage the after sales service center for the warranty user’s as well as non-warranty customers.
  • Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing the sales and technical guidance to project support team.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams within the company to drive revenue and growth with new and existing customers.
  • Strong knowledge of branding of safety products such as personal protective equipment (PPE), work-at-height, fall prevention solution and risk management applicable in workplace safety and health industries
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Sales & marketing, Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Possess minimum of at least 5 years of hand-on experience in sales and customer account management in the similar industry with a proven sales track records / achievements
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen and interpersonal communication skill
  • Willing to make short business trip within the SEA region is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office (Power-Point, Words, Execel) or other marketing media tools
  • Class 3 driving license will be added advantage
  • Relevant Sales experience in Workplace Safety; ( Construction, Oil & Gas industry )
  • Proven track records in driving sales target and account management.
  • Capable to build new accounts and market segment.
  • Strategic thinker who’s familiar with the market segment of diversified safety product range.
  • Strong leadership and passionate salesmanship
  • Adaptable to dynamic / competitive market
