BlueTel is a facilities based operator (FBO) in the Singapore Telecommunications market. We focus on playing a complimentary role to the existing local infrastructure operators. FBO authorization enables us to develop competitive inter-connectivity network-infrastructure and services to encourage healthy competition in the telecommunications services.
