SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) oversees the management of the three Community Hospitals under the SingHealth cluster - Bright Vision Hospital, Sengkang Community Hospital and Outram Community Hospital coming up in 2020.
SCH aims to deliver a seamless and integrated care path for patients requiring sub-acute, rehabilitation and palliative care. The focus is to bring value-driven outcomes for patients and set new standards of care for community hospitals. SCH is supported by the medical expertise and research capabilities of the SingHealth-Duke NUS Academic Medical Centre.
