Thong Kheng Student Care Centre is set-up by Thong Kheng Charitable Institution in 1995. We are currently under the welfare arm of Thong Kheng Welfare Services Society (please visit website for more details: www.thongkheng.org.sg). We have an extensive 25 years of experience on daily operations of student care centres for primary school-going children.
