Job Description
Be part of a highly dynamic and talented Inkjet Supplies Development Team who collaborate with various R&D and Manufacturing partners to define the manufacturing solution for new product introduction or product extension.
Job Responsibilities:
- Part of the worldwide team to deliver the next product extension.
- Collaborate with various R&D and Manufacturing partners to deliver manufacturing solution for Inkjet supplies product extension.
- Optimize and characterize manufacturing processes for new product.
- Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield and reliability.
Job Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering with 5 years experience or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of setting up new manufacturing tooling and processes is preferred.
- Always inquisitive, good teamwork and communication skills are key success factor for NPI engineers.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strengths or Attributes desirable for the Role with particular Emphasis on:
- Strong cross-cultural people and relationship management skills.
- Experience with design of experiment.
- Strong technical and analytical capability.
